Nutricost always have great quality Ingredients in their products. Biotin has great benefits for hair and skin and nails. There is 240 capsules in the package which lasts ages so it’s a good size to buy. No taste as it’s a capsule. I will review again in a few weeks

I take 10,000mcg of biotin every day to support strong, long and healthy hair. I have heard that a lot of biotin breaks people out, in my case it doesn't. But I have seen benefits with my nails getting stronger. Love how there's 240 capsules. The capsules themselves are a bit large - doesn't bother me, but might not be great for others.
