Good packaging The capsules really works well for my severe acid reflux n there’s less phlegm in my throat now Hopefully after prolonged taking it will help my herd issues

This is the first time I use this product to make L.Reuteri fermented dairy and it worked well with 2 capsules for my first batch. Just a little twist in the centre of the capsule to release its content into my milk preparation - very clean and easy. I'm normally very healthy so I'm not sure on the effect on my digestion but I'm sure it will help things along when winter comes and I eat less salads... !
