I bought these to help me relax and they worked to help me unwind. I took them once without food but I could taste them so now I take them with food so I don't get the after taste. Good quality and easy to swallow and the right dosage.

I take one a day or so and they really help. ** For health-conscious people- there's no added sweetener or other garbage in these too (hooray!!) so truly they are just wonderful. Highly recommend!!
This definitely takes down my anxiety a bit. I just take one capsule containing pure lavender oil daily, The bottle is a little big for the number of capsules, but the quality is great. you can't taste anything until you burp later, which I find oddly amusing - burping flowers.
I used to take another brand at 5 times the price before. So i am happy i found this way cheaper product with the same dosage of lavender oil per capsule. Take one when waking up at night for going to the toilet and it helps me a lot to fall asleep again.
