I took these when travelling overseas and took 2 per day but, unlike other probiotic pills sold by Metagenic, these gummies are less effective as I still found a lot of gas trapped inside the stomach (a sign of indigestion and lack of good probiotic). The gummies are more for kids who are not willing to take any pills or capsules.

very yummy but if you eat more than two you will regret it. It gave me a bit pain and constipation but i couldnt resist and took too much. It seems ok but I cant say if it works tbh. ingredients are excellent bec its without sugar itssweetness comes only from FOS which is food for the probiotic at the same time. Quality is always good with metagenics but its so expensive, even for swiss people !
