Honestly, the first time I drank this in water I threw up. I have lots of TBI from 8 rear end cad accidents. I switched over to Beutovite for / weeks and went slow on them. Then watching more podcasts of Dr. Amen I noticed he said brightminds has the nfl formula for head trauma as well as the neurotics formula in bright minds. I tried it again in my smoothie and really noticed the difference. I need the help with blood flow to the brain. I get more done and think better longer and not as mentally tired or physically tired.

The price is definitely too high for the product's quality. The small particles don't dissolve completely, and if chewed, they can irritate the throat. The product also has a rather distinctive smell. Unfortunately, the effect is barely perceptible after ingestion.
