My hair had been thinning for years and I decided to give this a try. I was hesitant to take the full daily dose of 3 capsules, because I figured I would just end up peeing out the surplus my body couldn't use. Even with my crazy self-prescribed dose of 2 capsules a day, I noticed my hair was thicker before even finishing the bottle. Success!
