I have been consistently taking various dietary fiber supplements. It isn't significantly different from not taking them, but it seems to have some effect. The taste is decent, so it is convenient to consume. I am also paying attention to drinking a lot of water, about 2 liters a day, but I think I might need to drink even more.
Quality is perfect. Packaging and handling looks good. Price is good too.
The method for using the gummies is not clear. Although it says" take 3 a day with a meal" I find taking 3 with one meal causes me stomach cramps. I find it better to take 1 gummy with each meal. I prefer gummies to other forms of fiber and these gummies good taste and quality.
