Bought this for my elderly mother’s joint issues. This works perfectly as she is not able to swallow big tablets/capsules well (and there are no mini tablets that i know of that has multiple collagen types). She also really likes the taste. Ingredients wise, pleasebe careful about sugar intake as it contains glucose! Quality looks good.
