I love the fact that you can control the dose, it’s 1.25mg per drop so i just take what i need, 3-4drops depending on how I’m feeling that night. Make me sleep faster than taking tablet
I very much miss the SUNDOWN melatonin that i herb used to carry, but this is a good substitute. I can regulate the amount I take depending on how I feel. Few people know that we lose melatonin after age 45. This is not a sleeping pill. It's a hormone and needs to be taken 1-2 hours before bedtime and then it works best. I also skip one or two nights when I'm less anxious. It should not be given to children on a regular basis.
Works but taste is terrible. Worked that well I slept half the following day which is not welcoming because I followed the dosage requirement correctly. Must be good quality if it works like that but it is 20 mg of Melatonin compared to the other one I use normally. I only ordered this because the usual was out of stock.
I got this so I can use it at a lower dose. I can just take 1 or 2 drops instead of a dropper full and it is a much better value than buying lower dose products.
I wanted to test liquid melatonin as it has better absorption and this one is so sweet that I wake up in the morning with the tweet test. It is hard for me to understand why so many brand take healthy supplements, that are just fine as they are, and make them take like junk soda.
Great value on special. Using it for benefit of scalp averting hair loss, will last years. Quality seems good, very strong dosage of ingredients. Berry smell is mild.
