Normal melatonin usually gives me side effects. I can tolerate the liposomal version with no side effects. Plus, liposomal GABA and magnesium provide a noticeable sense of calm.

The formula is amazing but I think my insomnia is a bit more serious. It does promote relaxation but if you are having serious anxiety this won't do much.
