I really enjoy these gummies. I give it a four because, overall, it’s hard to judge the efficacy of supplements, but I have been taking 200mg of l-theanine for a few years now and I love it so I’m glad it’s the same dose in these gummies and I think it is the main benefit for me in taking these. Overall, I find when I take theanine and ashwaganda specifically, I’m less jittery and nervous throughout the day which helps me manage my other anxious habits. I also like the ingredients in these gummies. Most gummy vitamins are basically just candies, but these provide a functional dose of the mushrooms/adaptogens with minimal added ingredients. Therefore I see the quality of these gummies to be better compared to others!

I struggle with chronic insomnia and occasional anxiety, so I've tried these gummies both during the day and at night before bed. First of all, they're so yummy. They taste like peach rings. Second of all, when taken during the day (after I've consumed caffeine), they do keep me from getting too tense. However, when I take them before bed - say an hour before - I sleep like a baby. They're a bit pricy, but they're really worth it. I will be repurchasing when I'm out.
