These help me fall asleep when my mind cant shut off. I take these and magnesium about 1h before bedtime. The strips have a light minty smell and dissolve super quickly. No need to swallow.

I have used different sleep-aids in the past. These contain a very small amount of melatonin and I didn't expect them to be effective. But they work for me. It is effective to let it melt on my tongue about 30 minutes before I go to bed. I find them easy to use as well.
