The first time I made this, I only used hot water, and it was horrible! Not sweet at all, very earthy flavor. I added almond milk and it was much, much better. It’s warm and filling and great on cold evenings. The bag is also a much bigger size than I expected!

Taste great and helps relax to sleep. I add glycine to sweeten it a bit and magnesium. The combo is perfect. This is a new company to me, but seems to be good.
Tastes fabulous and seems to have several quality ingredients. Sometimes puts me into deep sleep but once had the opposite effect. For the record, I’ve reacted strangely to substances in the past. The size is small for the price, though the ingredients are highly unusual and it sounds like they’re not easy to harvest, so I’m guessing it’s a fair price. Tastes lovely.

Recommend for those looking for sleep advice nutrients. For me quite costly but is work for the prize the size quite small. for me as I love Cacao I don't add anything.
This product tastes really good and helps me to relax. I mix it with some hot, skimmed oatmilk. It’s now an important part of my evening routine every day. How live without it 🥰
