Glutamine should be delivered in a powder form, then mixed into a drink. The result it far more efficacious better than swallowing the Glutamine capsules. They told me I should mix a heaped spoonful of Glutamine powder into some water, drink the mixture, then wait at least half an hour before eating. But I was trying to save time. So I would swallow 6 to 7 Glutamine pills at one go, half an hour before mealtimes. The difference is crystal clear: The powder version, mixed with water or coconut milk or your favourite protein shake, and drunk half an hour before meals, is much more efficacious than just swallowing 6-7 Glutamine pills on an empty stomach – even though the medicine is exactly the same – although the dosage is similar.

I have been taking it for a month in the morning (30-60 minutes before breakfast) and in the evening. It has a slightly bitter taste, I add lemon juice. I take it to restore the intestines. I also noticed that other drugs are better absorbed with it. For example, I have just started to see the effect of Priorin (for hair) and my hair is getting better. Powder is the best form i think for L-glutamine, and primal more specifically, seems very pure form! A big bonus for me is that is 3rd party tested so i am calm about this product's quality. Package 500gr at a great price.
