Triple Magnesium Complex, 120 Capsules (150 mg per Capsule)

I've gone through 2 bottles of this and have to say it's great for digestion, relaxation, sleep and calm. I use it alongside Magtein for tension headaches instead of acetaminophen or ibuprofen -when the headaches are not super bad it will work. The Nutricost brand has some quality ingredients and amazing low prices in comparison to some other brands. I used to take Now Foods magnesium transporters, but since learning the triple complex here provides enough quality, especially when I take Magtein 3 times a week or as needed, I started buying Nutricost instead. I also purchased Nutricost Magtein at a great price. I feel like I get a better deal, quality and health benefits with the 2 I've chosen.
