Plant-Based Omegas, 30 Capsules

This product is good for the price, most vegan omega fats are more expensive. The quantity in the package could be bigger, as well as the dosage. I take it because I don't eat fish or other animal products so the options to get sufficient amount of omega fats are limited with my diet while this ingredient is beneficial in many ways.

Practical packaging: The capsules are well tolerated and the 30-pack is suitable for trying.

Good quality , and better then omega 3 . Taste are a bit strong but is ok

This is the first time I've bought this product. I know the importance of omega fatty acids for health, but I have reactions to fish oil. Although it's not fish oil, but algae oil, the smell of sea air is very strong and keeps coming back. It's not an option I intend to keep using. I prefer krill oil.

I bought it because the main ingredient was algal oil. I'm not sure yet if it's any different in effectiveness from fish-derived products, but I'll continue using it to prevent brain aging.

This is the very same Omega that doesn't cause me allergies! And after 70, taking this supplement is simply vital! It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it.

A good vegetarian omega, bought it on sale. I try to take it in courses periodically.

capsules size is a bit large. otherwise the ingredients are good - contains plant based EPA & DHA, vital for vegans.
