I've been using this biotin for a few weeks and have already started to notice a difference in the strength of my nails and my hair loss, which has significantly reduced. The dose is high, so I'm taking it every other day, and it's still working. Excellent value, as the bottle lasts practically all year! I loved the product and will continue using it.
Excellent, but it causes dryness of the skin. Because it's strong, it's best not to use it every other day. It comes in an economy pack.
