The pills themselves are sized decently small. They are trying to mimic some sort of berry flavor/ taste, it’s not super successful. It’s not unpleasant, but it isn’t pleasant either. I left it under my tongue to dissolve and it took about 5-6 minutes. The quality isnt super high. I woke up a few times during the night so not long acting. Fell asleep well though. The price is really nice for 120 tablet. That’s about 3 months to keep on trying them!

it taste like Cortal, a bit bitter with slightly sweet. I'm not taking it for sleep but regarding Dr Doris Loh it helps to maintain immunity (with other companion). I take during daylight 2pcs (40mg). With this dosage easy to megadose. Since taking this I rarely get sick, cold or flu though people around me having it badly. I believe it may benefits more than it stated.

It’s worked so fantastically for me, I’ve tried other herbal meletonins but found they have taken ages to kick in where I dissolve one of these and I’m well and truly sleepy within the hour, they do take alittle while to dissolve but I’ll just crush it a bit with my teeth and move the pieces under my tongue. The quality is small, and the ingredients are great. You should start with one dosage and then move to two. The benefits are that it helps you fall asleep fast. There is no taste at all. I really think that who ever has sleeping problems this may help you. The size of the pills are very small.

This is a great product for people over 50 age, as sometimes I get up in the middle of the night due to hot flashes, and then I cannot go back to sleep I find that keeping one or two tablets under my tongue helps me back to sleep faster.
