Valerian, Alcohol-Free, 1 fl oz (30 ml)

I often have to take something to get me to sleep and keep me asleep since I wake up often. This seems to help me stay sleepy for a longer period of time. I think it's fairly high quality and the taste is doable. I can take it without any water or other liquid and it doesn't offend my palate. I take about 3 droppers full almost every night and was worried about possible effects on my kidneys or liver, but a recent blood test came out normal for both. I recommend this product if you take valerian as a sleep aid. Plus you save money with the triple amount of product. Overall very good quality.

I have ordered lemon balm from this brand and was very satisfied with the quality, so I decided to order Valerian. I have used valerian as an ingredient in tea in the past. Its benefit is supposed to be sleep support. I have honestly not tried this tincture yet but I appreciate that it is alcohol free.

I order it from iHerb as stores near me carry it only in the 1 ounce size. I take a partial dropper full under my tongue whenever I wake up mid sleep cycle with good results. The taste perhaps is an acquired one; without the alcohol it simply tastes herbal and sweet.

This brand seems stronger than the others. This valerian root extract is dark and thick, quality stuff. It's been effective for sleep for me. Since I've settled on this brand, I get the larger size.

I really like this valerian tincture, as it helps me relax and get better sleep. I also appreciate that it is an alcohol-free formula, and uses glycerin instead. The only downside is the strong taste.

This is the best brand of valarian root extract that I've tried so far. the concentrated liquid form helps in controlling the quantity and adjusting it to your needs and tolerance. ingredients are alcohol free.

I am trying out this new product, i wonder still have a strong scent that i can’t take it . Previously bought brand valerian root works for me, it helps me to sleep through so even of it’s another brand will still work for me. I just want to have a smaller bottle

I have a lot of insomnia. I try all different combinations of things to see what will work. Typically it's caused by adrenals, but my brain also has a lot to deal with (chronic illness). Unfortunately this tincture didn't seem to do much of anything. I added some Copiaba oil to give it a little bit more impact, because on its own...nothing noticeable.

The taste is gross, but that's because it's valerian. The trick is to use grape juice to disguise the taste. It works and I appreciate that it's alcohol free. I like the 1 fl ounce size a lot. It's easy to store for me. Recommended!
