Special advantages: The size is large, but because it looks like candy, children love it and are enthusiastic. Our son was very enthusiastic about it. You have to be careful not to take more than the appropriate dose.
Sleep aid that really works. Quality is great and list of ingredient does not cause much concern. Dosage is 1mg, but for me even half of that amount works. I actually cut gummy in half. Wish they made them in 0.5mg. Taste delicious. One of the major benefit for me, it does not give nightmares, unlike other melatonin gummies I tried .

they are good, a bit sugary/sweet and stick to the teeth but otherwise a nice melatonin gummy. Dosage is a good one, the taste is fine, I prefer the cherry flavor.
