I have a rare brain disease and nothing helps me to focus better than this and the amounts can be adjusted. I vary from 1-2 per day and husband takes up to 4 per day. TOO MANY gives me a headache. I trust Gaia Herbs to provide quality herbal supplements and have been taking them for years. They are a bit pricey so I keep an eye out for sales whenever possible.

This product seems to be working well. It is for my husband so I can't give a personal account, but the size of the pill is not too big and it is liquid inside which seems like it would be better for absorption.
