Wholesome Yum, Besti, Granulated Monk Fruit + Allulose Blend is one of my most favorite choices when it comes to sugar alternatives. This is definitely a Top-Tier sugar substitute. It bakes well and dissolves well like sugar. It has zero net carbs, and leaves no cooling effect. It is an excellent choice for low-carb baking and sauces. A must to have!
I’ve been using the Besti granulated monk fruit allulose blend in my coffee and baking, and it’s one of the closest things I’ve found to real sugar. It dissolves well and doesn’t have that strong aftertaste I’ve noticed with other sweeteners. In cakes and cookies, the texture comes out just right, which is important to me. It’s become my go-to when I want to cut sugar without feeling like I’m missing out on taste.
I’ve been using Wholesome Yum Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend for baking and coffee, and it tastes very close to regular sugar. It dissolves well and doesn’t have the strong aftertaste that a lot of other sweeteners do. The sweetness level feels about right, though I sometimes need a bit more in certain recipes. Overall, it’s one of the better sugar substitutes I’ve tried, even if it’s a bit pricey.
Nice to finally get hold of alulose in the UK without having to jump through hoops. I like being able to follow Wholesome Yum recipes with the actual ingredients they call for. The sweetener tastes great—no odd aftertaste—and works really well in baking. I’ve made almond biscuits and granola with it, and they turned out lovely. Delivery time was decent, no issues there. I just wish it came in a bigger pack—it goes quickly if you bake regularly.
I use most all Besti products. Their substitutes for granulated, brown and powdered sugar as well as their honey and syrup. Great proucts. I cook witm them and use in beverages, oatmeal, pancakes, etc. Substitute one for one when baking. So much better than stevia or chemical zero calorie junk.

I tried it for the first time, but I didn’t realize you need to use at least 3 teaspoons to get a noticeable sweetness. I’ve baked with it once or twice, and even though I whisk it well before putting it in the oven, everything I make turns very brown, almost like it’s burned — even though it isn’t. The taste is actually very good and it gives a nice sugary flavor, but you need quite a lot, so it ends up being a bit expensive

Blends smoothly without aftertaste. Great for frostings and baking. Tastes almost identical to powdered sugar.
