very good for baking. I don't taste any after taste when using this sweetner. the bag is a bit small but I don't really use a lot at once.

The taste is close to regular powdered sugar, though there’s a faint aftertaste if I use a lot. It works well for low-carb recipes where texture matters. Overall, it’s one of the better sugar substitutes I’ve tried for baking.

It dissolves smoothly without a gritty texture, which is nice for creamy recipes. The taste is pretty close to sugar, though I can sometimes pick up a very faint aftertaste. Overall, it’s one of the better low-carb powdered sweeteners I’ve tried.

I got this mainly for making low-carb chocolate, and it's been great. It blends in really well and doesn’t leave that gritty texture some sweeteners do. The taste is clean and sweet with no odd aftertaste. The quality is solid—fine texture, very consistent—and it's made with a monk fruit and allulose blend, which I prefer because it's easier on my digestion than erythritol. Delivery was smooth, and I’m just happy this kind of product is finally available in the UK. I do wish there was a bigger bag though—it runs out fast when you’re making chocolate regularly.
I purchased this sweetener for a cheesecake recipe that promised friends wouldn’t be able to tell it wasn’t made with sugar. The secret was using the powdered sweetener for a smooth cheesecake. Friends and family loved it and couldn’t tell the difference!
No issue with it. Tbh, I did make some pavlova with it (or more like tried). It didn't form stiff peaks, but not sure whether to blame it directly on the sugar
