Alright The pros: It moisturizes you on the inside. Downstairs too...like a slippery slide. The cons: Unless you're suffering from internal dryness...if you take the recommended 2 soft gels/ day dosage you will be slobbering at the mouth....excessive saliva production. Not cute at all. Very uncomfortable when speaking with others. I still highly recommend but beware side effects. Try one/day (maybe take at night time) or one every other day etc. depending on how your body reacts.
