I adore vanilla! The powder contains probiotics, and I felt it right away. My stomach rumbled a little and it doesn't hurt as much anymore. I make tiramisu with it. I mix it with yogurt. I don't heat anything. They're cold, light, nutritious, and absolutely delicious.

I bought it for my husband. I am allergic to coconut and milk, so I can not have it. I think it has clean ingredients, specially the nasty emulsifiers that are gut disruptors. He mixes it with coffee or chocolate. so far good
