I bought it on sale to try it out. It's tasteless and odorless, but it's an oil, so it's hard to drink. And now I don't know if it's effective.
It's liquid, so it's easy to take. I'm taking it in combination with other supplements, so I don't know which one is working, but it's important to continue taking it to improve your intestinal environment.
