Completely vegan, no fish! Looks like high quality ingredients, which contain both of the necessary kinds of Omega-3. No strange smell or taste. The capsule size is relatively big but easy to swallow. The package is decent, but if you take 2 daily you need a new one every 2 months. The benefits on the long run should be many if your vegetarian or vegan.
