The powder is as functional as the pills from the same brand. Unfortunately the bag is small, the scoop is tiny, with a tiny handle. you have to stick your hand in the bag, powder goes everyone. You introduce contaminants every time you use it. Too bad they packaged an awesome product in such a horrible packaging.

I bought this to add to my home made coconut yogurt. Haven't used it yet.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of the product because it didn't seem to help any of my GI issues very much. However I was told to take it at night away from food/after dinner, if this helps anyone. Maybe I need to take this longer than a few weeks to see results. I like that they included the scoop in the bag, but it still is a bit messy to get the powder out of!
