I have been searching for this product on local shelves, quite literally, for years. It adds a tantalizing sparkle to baked goods, and makes your mouth water before you even taste it. I love texture with my foods as well, and this finishing sugar gives me a delightful crunch at first bite. Thank you, iHerb for making my search have a happy ending:)

Large package, good quality. Sugar crystals are not very large. I haven't used it in baking yet, I'll try it.
