The quality is excellent, I use it in baking when I need to sprinkle the top of baked goods, it comes out with a crispy crust, I don’t add it to liquid because it doesn’t have enough sweetness
I bought this to make a syrup for my coffee and tea, it's very lightly sweet and I can barely feel it in my drink, I think regular brown sugar is much better.
