I swapped from another PEA supplement I was originally recommended and advised to only buy on iherb. Since swapping no change in the effectiveness, used for OA inflammation as an anti inflam. This has stopped my use of ibuprofen and other non steroidal antinflam meds. Highly recommend as a natural replacement without all the nasty NSAID side effects.
Seems the quality is good from testing I found, but there seems to be no actual proof that it's ultra-micronized vs micronized. Which is a big deal when you're one of the few companies in the USA selling PEA as ultra micronized. Would need a particle size report to bump it up to 5stars.
I have osteoarthritis in my low back and this takes away so much of the pain I was experiencing. HIGHLY recommend this if you also have osteoarthritis!

Made a difference for pain but expect more from micronised version
Great quality. This brand is the best one to buy as it contains micronised ingredients and 500mg tablets. PEA benefits are irreplaceable - helps tremendously with my muscle pain and neuropathic pain. Most people notice full benefit within 6-8 weeks. I noticed an effect within a few weeks and optimal improvement in 8 weeks
