Naturelo never disappoints. The formulas are made exclusively from natural ingredients, without any synthetic components. I've bought both iron and multivitamins. I always feel safe. There are so many synthetic vitamins out there now, which makes the product cheaper, and people are more inclined to buy at a better price. I wouldn't recommend it.
I take quercetin along with MSM for my allergies. It's supposed to help break down histamine. So far, I'm very satisfied, and the bioflavonoids are a nice bonus.
