It's excellent, very effective. Its results are noticeable in helping with sleep, but its only drawback is that it contains sugar. Otherwise, its effect is excellent. If my review was helpful, please like it.
Does help get the benefit of a good nigjts sleep. The taste is very, very sweet if you like that. Was bit too sweet for me. I like that the dosage is only two as i prefer a small size to take compared to like 5 to 6.
They helped me a lot to sleep, I take 2 gummies 30 to 45 minutes before going to bed and I sleep soundly without waking up at night.
