Strange side effect
I really want to like this product, especially because it’s Thorne brand, however after using a packet, it made my gums and the area around my tongue very tender!! I discontinued using for a week or so and decided to give it another try… same thing happened! I thought about dissolving the packet in a glass of water and then drinking it rather than pouring the powder directly into my mouth as per the instructions.

It's pretty rockin', stopped my constant IBS pain when I combined it with Bacillus Coagulans. Though it didn't help with the bloating from the aforementioned IBS it's better to be bloated and pain free than bloated and in pain.
