Full night’s rest!
Love this life changing product. Stress and hormones sometimes keep me from falling asleep or up in the middle of the night - this gave me the best rest in ages and tastes great on top of it. Not much of a peanut butter flavor though!

Beam Dream for sleep
This works for better sleep. I mix it with warm milk (1/2 a glass instead of a full glass) and I have much better sleep. It was on sale when I bought it, and the price has risen considerably so I'm not sure I would buy it at full price.
