This is the BEST Melatonin out there.
I have never been a fan of Melatonin. When doctors prescribe it always makes me feel drowsy afterwards or even I have a very conscious sleep. I have decided to give another try to this one and I am glad I did. It works wonders. The secret is the low dose. What I started doing was taking one tablet every day, then I saw it wasn't enough. So I started with 2 tablets and it was the perfect dosage. I tarted sleeping every single day at the same time, therefore waking up at the same time - which means my circadian circle is finnaly adjusted! Yaay! I am 30 and had problems in my CC since I was a kid. Thanks Kirkman for such a great quality melatonin. It has changed my life. 💕
