Works well, improved my blood work and that's exactly what I needed. Capsules are on a bigger size, but that's fine for me. Quality is good. Ingredients also fine. I would order again.

Endometriosis sufferer here. Anemia has plagued my life since early teens, and I've been living on high dose iron for decades. This bottle has by far offered the greatest value and quality for long term iron supplementing - cheaper price-dose ratio and most importantly, very gentle on the digestive system (as Ferrochel should be). Just go grab it if you need more than 100mg of doses per day!

I take this supplement every other day with some vitamin c to counter my iron/ferritin deficiency. The pills are very small and don't have a taste. I noticed when I take it every day my digestion gets a little upset so I decreased the frequency to every other day. I think it's a high quality ingredient supplying an essential mineral (iron). Ferrochel is a patented form of iron.
