Methyl B-12 is reliable B12 supplement, it comes as a lozenge you let dissolve under the tongue. The 2500 mcg methylcobalamin dose is potent, so I take it only 3 times in a week. My mum is diabetic and for her it is important to take methyl B12 every day with metformin. The taste is generally pleasant and the bottle lasts a while, which makes it a solid value.

Taken with Folate, helps me sleep. Also is giving me more energy after heart surgery Feb 19th. I am 79 next week, so it is taking me time. I am unsure of the dose. I know methyl is a more absorbent formula and the price is right.
