I am a big fan of taurine and have been for years. Unfortunately it has become popular with the wider population recently and seems to be sold out at Iherb most of the time now. I believe this product was the cheapest per gram offered by Iherb - I see no issues with quality. I do wish this product came in a plastic jug rather than the zip top bag - it is a pain getting a scoop of product out of the bag.

I drink it before the sleep along with magnesium, really like it!

To be honest, I'm a little fed up with all the capsules and additives... But this is completely natural. We haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it'll be drinkable...

Simple, unflavored, and mixes easily with water or juice. No weird additives or fillers. Great for the price and 1000mg per serving is perfect. Will buy again.
