I've been taking this supplement for 5 months. I had expected to see some improvement within 3 months. I've read that some well-conducted studies have shown ceramosides to be helpful for hair loss in that it decreased the percentage of hair in the resting phase and increased the percentage in the growth phase. I will continue to take this for a few more months, but am not as optimistic as I was when I started.

I’ve also been using this for around two months and haven’t seen any noticeable results yet. There’s been no reduction in shedding, and my hair still pulls out very easily. I also haven’t seen any regrowth or peach fuzz in areas where my hair is thinning. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and they have a pleasant taste, but I haven’t seen results so far.
