I trust it is of good quality and of 6-year age ginseng. Mix sizes, some a little small.

Honestly, I couldn't distinguish the quality well from ginseng due to the bitterness and similarity in ingredients. The packaging is good; it supports energy and boosts stamina.

Though some roots are a bit fine/small, they are very good quality, bitter, and I believe they are of 6-year root. My late mother double boiled a few slices (just few slices - bigger root than these, which you can find in Chinese medical halls) of red ginseng (be it Korean or Chinese, but red ginseng) with red dates (and I forgot if she had added some dried longan), and I drank those tea morning (upon waking up) and night (before going to bed) and that had miraculously eradicated the boils/abscesses I constantly being attacked when I was in my teenage.

I later realized it wasn't pesticide-free. I'll try using it in ginseng chicken soup or something.

Red ginseng is well known for its great benefits for the body, hair and all body parts, and Koreans are crazy about it. It's wonderful, very useful and effective. Ginseng is great for the hair if you add it as a tonic as well. The package is tight. You will notice the benefits after 3 months.. Energy, reduced oxidative stress and something else useful.. Better sleep and better mood.

I use about 2 roots to double-boiled half chicken of 800ml water. Tasty and reasonably priced, especially with discount!
