great probiotics for women
i started taking them after a course of antibiotics to restore my microbiome and they really seem to work. based on my research, it also seems like 50 billion cfu is better in terms of making an impact and i do think the quality to price ratio is good considering this. they also contain really good strains for women in particular, and i also took these to combat recurrent utis and to some extent, i think they worked
