I have a 5 year old who is very, very active (like me). She has trouble relaxing at night which turns in to a viscous cycle of less sleep, bad days, and then trouble sleeping. I’ve tried these off and on over the last year with her and can tell a difference when she uses them. There are times we’ve used them for 2 or 3 months and then 2 or 3 months on with no issues. No dependencies or cravings that I’ve noted, which is great to see. Dad uses a similar formula and has for years so I know it’s safe/effective.
