Low dose of DHA
What’s good about this product is that it’s made from fish that are considered lower in heavy metals, which I appreciate.
However, only after purchasing did I notice that the DHA and EPA dosages are relatively low. Previously, I bought an omega-3 product for my child from Nordic Naturals and compared the two. The Nordic product contained a much higher and more effective dose of DHA.
I was a bit disappointed that this krill oil, despite having large capsules, actually contains relatively low amounts of DHA and EPA.
