Using it for the last 2 months not what I expected at all . I will discontinue after I finish my last bottle. Think before you purchase great Company but not think the sleep will improve at all
This product indeed provides a deep comfort sleep. I only take 1 pill and it works wonderfully. Falling asleep is comfortable and the sleep feels recuperative. No grogginess as it may happen with melatonin supplements. I love it!
