Been getting this for my dad for awhile, seems like the best pumpkin seed oil out there, full spectrum plus they use the right extraction process. I started taking it as well just for the heck of it but I get it for my dad to help with his prostate health. But I've read its also good for your heart and other stuff.. My dad takes this plus Life Extenstions: Ultra Prostate Formula. Last time he went to his doctor after taking this and the Prostate Formula for a couple months he said his doctor said "Well your blah blah levels are down 0.5 which is good, what have you been doing?" The quality is reliable, and the softgels are a convenient size, making them very easy to swallow. No taste. The size is small. I only ordered because the big container wasn't available.

Instead of taking Nettle and Palmetto when I am a younger man I figured taking this natural oil could help over time and I have had no issues with it just like when I eat pumpkin seeds themselves.

I've tried pumpkin seed oil from several brands, and they all seem to do the trick. This brand is one of the few that advertise cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil. While I do try to stick with cold-pressed, I haven't really noticed much difference between this brand or the Thompson brand.
