I love this sleep aid. It has quality ingredients and it’s a tincture without alcohol. I don’t do well with alcohol tinctures so I am always excited to find alcohol free options. The taste is good, I just put it in some water. I take it to help me sleep but it also works well during the day for pain relief.

I've been using this for a while now and works great. assists in relaxation and helps wind me down. also a bonus that it's alcohol free. only need a few drops.

I tried the Herbs Etc Deep Sleep tincture for a few weeks to help with my sleep. The taste is herbal and strong, which might not be for everyone, but it wasn’t too unpleasant for me. Overall, it seemed to have a mild effect on improving sleep, but the effect may not be strong enough for chronic insomnia.

I love this product for a great nights sleep. I take it right before bedtime and sleep through the night. If you take too much it can cause a slight hangover though, be careful :)

I think this might actually be helping me! I love that its alcohol free, and it's clean with no artificial preservatives..the only other ingredients outside of the actives are vegetable glycerin, purified water, citric acid.

This is a tasty, easy to take tincture that I keep at my bedside and use if I wake in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep, helps to calm my mind. Quality ingredients. Small bottle great for travelling. Prefer this to sleeping pills - doesn’t leave me with brain fog or sleep hangover in the morning. The size was a little smaller than expected but still worth it.

The Deep Sleep elixir did not benefit my husband at all. The ingredients indicated that it would help with deep sleep. but each time he would take it, he was awake in about an hour. Not a good product.
