Gluten Free Multi-Blend Flour, 32 oz (907 g)

I use this frequently in my baking recipes alot for friends and family, including us that need to follow a gluten free diet. It keeps everything consistent because of its clean ingredients and taste! Glad iHerb kept it and improved the packaging. Continue to be happy with its quality and convenient serving sizes!

Seems to be a good blend, but I realized I probably should have added something in place of xanthan gum since it doesn't have it in this blend so the cake I made was pretty crumbly

Sometimes make to cook and frying food. Yesterday use to flour, wow crisy and not a heavy texture.

This has been my main multi-purpose flour for many years. It is very smooth and good quality ingredients. I make my muffins, pancakes, waffles and biscuits with this flour. It is also a good value for a large box.

So nice to have a mix at the ready. I like the 2 pound size and that it comes in a box, which I find convenient for pantry storage.

My must have in the kitchen as main ingredient in breakfast baking like muffins, pancakes and breads. Good price too
