I used this to make cinammon rolls for the family. It felt good to provide them with quality ingredients. I also use it in my bread daily. I mix it with whole wheat, pumpkin seeds and dates.
I love the way this flower fries and the fact that it’s more digestible than conventional flower but still has the same quality in crunch. It holds flavor really well, so you can be modest with the seasonings. It doesn’t really have its own taste though. Though I got a mismatch item on this last order, the external and internal paging is always on point.
This is one of the best flours I could ever use. It's a quality ingredient and it's benefits are priceless. It's organic, non-gmo, and it's alkaline-friendly. I was able to make my first bread ever! I combined it with garbanzo flour and the taste was even better. My alkaline diet is filled with awesome recipes and this product must always frequent my pantry. In-joy this wholesome grain!
This spelt flour gives my bread a great taste, beautiful color, and delicious smell while baking. I use it for about one quarter the total flour with about an eighth of the flour replaced with oatmeal or 10 grain cereal and can still have a nicely risen loaf. Since I use about 100 grams per batch, it goes a long way and is a good value for the price.
I like Bob’s stuff, I buy the oatmeal and flour and baking soda. Quality is very good and will continue to buy into the future, highly recommend recommended.
