This is a good, clean, high quality version of Triphala made with traditional ingredients plus a few things to form it into a pill form. It really is great for digestive wellness. I would suggest reading about it; it has many benefits. One hint... if it causes digestive upset, reduce your dose, it still may work for you (you can break pills in half easily). I take it daily and have virtually gotten rid of life-long GI issues.

This is the gentlest and most mild Triphala I’ve ever taken. The more traditional, purely Ayurvedic Indian versions tend to be much stronger and more intense. For some reason, I take this particular Triphala at night — 2 tablets before bed. It might be a bit habit-forming, because when I take it, my digestion is great the next day. But for my current lifestyle, I think this gentler, more forgiving version works better than those very intense ones.
